Spectators can walk throughout the grounds and can stop to speak with BBQ teams about the equipment and process they use to cook award-winning BBQ. Half of the proceeds generated by this competition will benefit the Minnesota BBQ Society, and the other half will be donated to the local organization Infants Remembered in Silence (IRIS).
